A PLACE FOR SOMEONE LIKE YOU TO BELONG

Our doors are open to people of all backgrounds, regardless of where they are in their journeys. In short, ECBC is a place to belong. Our desire is to help you to realize your purpose and reach the potential that God has placed inside of you.

SERVING DOESN'T JUST CHANGE THE LIVES OF THOSE WE SUPPORT - IT CHANGES OUR OWN LIVES

EAST COAST KIDS

During all of our services, our kid's classrooms provide much more than childcare. Our kid's teams connect with the youngest members of our church through fun and engaging services that clearly communicate biblical truths. Join the fun and experience a world where kids meet Jesus on their level!

EAST COAST YOUTH

Middle school and high school students can participate in everything adults do. They volunteer on the Go Team, get connected through small groups, give their resources, and invite their friends and family to worship with us. East Coast Youth also attend their own special services and events to help them grow their faith, character, and relationships.

SMALL GROUPS

At East Coast Believers, sharing life through our community is part of our DNA. We believe God created us to live in the context of relationships with others. Small Groups provide an avenue for spiritual growth, support, outreach, and fellowship. They are biblical and deeply spiritual, and the relational dynamic makes them fun and life-giving.

PLAN YOUR VISIT

WHERE DO I GO WHEN I ARRIVE?

As you’re walking into the building, our Go Team will meet you and show you where to find the auditorium, restrooms, and Children’s Ministry. If you need anything throughout the day—mints, ear plugs, a Bible, a pen—feel free to stop by Information. Or, just ask anyone with a lanyard or name tag. We’re a friendly bunch, and we’d love to serve you.

WHAT DO YOU DO FOR KIDS?

East Coast Kids is the Children’s Ministry of East Coast Believers Church. Children from Birth – 5th Grade experience Jesus on their level in four safe, age-appropriate environments. In each classroom, kids have their own church service with singing, a Bible lesson, and small groups.

We are passionate about families and children growing in their relationship with God. Every fifth Sunday is Communion Sunday. We invite our 1st through 5th graders join us as special guests with their families in the Auditorium to take communion together.

For nursing mothers, we have a quiet and private room where moms can feed their infants in comfort.

WHAT TO EXPECT AT A SERVICE

Every service begins promptly on time. Five minutes prior to service, we will start an uplifting countdown video in the Auditorium to let you know service will be starting soon. Services begin with a time of worship. After worship, our pastor shares an inspiring message that you can apply to your life, your relationships, and your walk with God.

Also, during our service, you will be given an opportunity to fill out a Connect Card. We hope to hear about your visit with us and would love to contact you by mail to say, “Thanks for coming.”

When you visit for the first time, we invite you to stop by our Guest Connect area in the lobby, before or after service. We’d love to meet you, give you a small gift, and answer any questions you may have.

Everyone is welcome at East Coast Believers Church, so come as you are! Jesus does not require you to have it all together or to be perfect before coming to church, and neither do we! God is waiting with open arms, and we are too. Hope to see you soon!

WHAT ARE YOUR SERVICES LIKE?

Each week at East Coast Believers Church, you will experience great music, encouraging messages, friendly people, and a creative atmosphere where you can relax and enjoy a complimentary tea or coffee, found in the lobby. Children are well-cared for in a loving environment during quality, fun-filled kids services.

HOW CAN I MEET OTHERS AND GET CONNECTED?

There are many ways to get involved. You can begin by attending GROW. Small groups are another great way to connect. In each of these, you can build friendships, learn more about the life of our church, and have the opportunity to grow in your faith.

GET CONNECTED

DO YOU COLLECT AN OFFERING?

Yes, but there is no pressure to give in the offering for visitors or members. Visitors are encouraged to be our guest and find out who we are before making any financial gift.

DO YOU PRAY FOR THE SICK?

Yes, Jesus and His disciples prayed for the sick and experienced miracles. In Mark 16:18 it says, “…they will lay hands on the sick, and they will recover.” Other scriptural accounts of this in the Bible are Mark 6:13 and James 5:14.
