East Coast Kids Camp Firelight will be held June 10th-14th at the East Coast Believers Church, Oviedo Campus, from 9 am to 12:20 pm. ECK Camp Firelight is designed for kids four years old through graduating fifth graders. There is a $25 registration cost. For families of four kids or more, the registration cost is $15 per child (immediate household only). Scholarships are available for those in need. See you at the lodge!

Step into the wilderness of Camp Firelight with fireside chants, rec center games, camp crafts, and so much more.  Explore the Bible and learn ways to put your trust in God when you are afraid or challenged.  We want to share the Good News of God’s love for you.

Explore timeless Bible stories that demonstrate how people trusted God in the face of their own fears and went on to do great things in God’s name. This is a Bible-rich program grounded in hands-on, multi-sensory learning that kids will be talking about for years to come.

FAQ

Do I need to register now, or can I register at the door?

For the safety and security of our children, registration must be completed in advance.

What if my child turns 4 on or by June 10th?

If your child turns 4 on or by the first day of camp, they are eligible to attend ECK Camp. You may register them now.

What safety precautions will be taken?

Every adult on-site will have passed a background check. We will have a trained security team on-site dedicated to keeping your children safe during every part of camp at East Coast Believers Church.

What do I do to check in when I arrive with my child?

We will begin checking children in at 8:30AM. After checking them in, you will walk them in to meet your child’s group leader. It is not necessary to bring your online confirmation form with you.

How do I pick up my child at the end of camp?

Please pick up your child inside the facility each day. You will need to use their pickup tag to check them out.

What is the procedure if my child is being picked up by someone different than who dropped them off?

When you register, you will be able to provide a list of any authorized adults that are able to pick up your child. If you have a last-minute change, you can call the church office to make accommodations.

Will childcare be provided before or after camp each day?

We will not be providing before or aftercare. Our auditorium doors open at 8:30AM, and pick-up will be 12:20 – 12:30pm.

Will lunch or snacks be served during camp?

Snacks will be served daily. We will send a list of these foods to the parent’s email prior to Camp. If your child has a food allergy, please send your child with their own snacks. We will not be able to accommodate special dietary requests.

How will my child’s medical needs be managed?

We will have a nursing station for any minor medical needs (i.e., Band-Aids, ice). If your child has an Epi Pen, Insulin or Rescue Inhaler please reach out to our camp director for further instructions. Otherwise, any other medical need can be noted on the registration form.

My child wants to serve at camp. How old do they need to be?

Graduating 6th grade and older.
