John Lucht, Director of ECBBI
John was born in Hong Kong to missionary parents and has lived in Asia for 14 years. He graduated from Life Pacific College with a BA in Ministry and Leadership, as well as Capital Bible College, Rhema, and Domata School of Missions.
His teaching ministry began in 1982 as an associate pastor, and he went on to meet and marry his wife Rose while serving at Living Word Christian Center in Minneapolis, Minnesota, and served as associate pastor at another Minnesota church before they moved to Hawaii to pastor a church on the "Big Island." They both served as department heads and sang in the choir at World Outreach Church while attending Domata School of Missions in Tulsa, Oklahoma. It was there that they sensed the Lord's direction to move to Orlando in September of 2003 to assist at East Coast Believers Church, and have served in a variety of functions since arriving.
John's passion is to share the Word of God with power, clarity and humor in order to impact and restore people's lives in order to raise up the next generation of leadership. He will tell you, without blushing, "Come to this school - it will change your life!" Ask any of the graduates, and they will tell you the same!
With more than a decade of ministry leadership experience alongside one of America's leading teachers on prayer, Rose has developed an eye-opening, spirit-engaging gift to coach the local church in the art and relationship of prayer and working with the Holy Spirit.
John enjoys cooking, golf, and rooting for the USC Trojans. Rose enjoys John's cooking, giving vent to her artistic talents, and using her "it does everything but brush your teeth" sewing machine. Together they have 5 children, 3 grandchildren and love leisure travel.

Theresa Blizzard
Theresa's experience and sensitivity marks her as a woman of God with a definite message. Having served the Lord in church ministry for nearly 30 years, she ministers the Word of God with depth and compassion from a shepherd's heart. Many of the lessons she teaches have been learned through personal experience, making that revelatory knowledge both compelling and fruitful when she shares with her students. Her passion for the Lord and the Word are readily apparent and even contagious. Theresa has two adult children and thrives in Orlando, FL with her husband Mike.
Scott Marquis
As a graduate of Rhema Bible Training Center, Scott Marquis has served in many roles of ministry. From Concord, NH to Orlando, FL, Mr. Marquis' experience includes Mission Board Chairman, Church Deacon, Youth Leader, Vacation Bible School leader, Guest Ministries leader, Family Life Ministries Coordinator, and New Building Project Manager. In 2005 Scott and his wife, Christina, were led by the Lord to relocate their family to Orlando to fulfill crucial roles at East Coast Believers Church. He currently serves as head usher at ECBC and has been a greatly admired instructor with ECBBI since it began! He and Christina have been married 24 years and have two children. His passion is for leadership through serving others.
Gloria Murray
When Gloria Murray accepted the Lord 35 years ago, she had no idea her life was preparing her for the service of God. Her life and ministerial experiences are the classroom God primarily used to develop her as a minister of the Gospel. Her passion and commitment to the study of the Work of God and her desire to share what she's learned with others makes her an ideal addition to the ECBBI staff. Her background includes teaching, preaching, pastoring, mentoring young adults, helping to pioneer a church, leadership development and much more. She is driven by her passion to serve God by volunteering whenever and wherever needed. She continues to encourage her spiritual family to grow in God and fulfill their destinies.
Matthew White
Mr. White has a passion for teaching the Word. God has called him to help restore the breach between fathers and their children, to encourage people to make wise decisions and obey the Word, and to prepare people for the coming of the Lord. In the 15 years he has been in ministry, Matt helped pioneer and increase two Rhema affiliated churches in Martinsville, IN. He has also been an associate pastor and Director of Adult Education, as well as a Men's Ministry director. In 2006 God called Matt and his family to relocate to Orlando specifically to be part of the ECBC He and his wife, Cathy, have been married 28 years and have four children and four grandchildren. They were also both in the first graduating class of ECBBI! Matt is a huge sports nut and plans to go full-time into sports ministry in the future.
