East Coast Believers Church - Pastor Norm & Dina

Norm Dubois is the senior pastor of East Coast Believers Church located in the Orlando area. After serving in full time ministry on the mission field and in the U.S. for over 11 years, Pastor Norm and his wife Dina founded the church in 2002.

Norm Dubois is a native of Florida and University of Central Florida graduate.

Pastor Norm and Dina have a passion for God and reaching people with the life-changing news of His goodness. They also have a desire to help people find and fulfill their purpose in life. They believe that when people hear the gospel’s relevant message and encounter a living God, they can begin to live a life of fulfillment and purpose.

Rev. Dubois is a member of the Rhema Ministerial Association through which he is ordained. In addition, he holds credentials with World Outreach Church of Tulsa/Mark Brazee Ministries. These organizations provide spiritual accountability, also placing a strong emphasis upon integrity and morality.

The Dubois are residents of Oviedo, Florida along with their three children and are thrilled that God has given them the privilege of pastoring East Coast Believers Church.
